KROOKED TEASE - WHO WE ARE

Krooked Tease is the creation of Jake O’Connor, founder, creative writer and head animator. In 2015, Jake started a small project making various t-shirt designs and stickers; selling merch in shops, online and at markets.

As the project slowly grew so did the passion to create an animation series using the characters from the t-shirts. And so, Jake started working on a mini series introducing a unique style and variety of characters. That’s when he brought on Ian Brew.  Brew began doing voice overs for some Mexican worms in the mini series (if you know, you know!)

A year later, Brew was invited to help write a pilot episode for the Krooked world Jake created. The two creatives began working on a full series pitch, which is still currently being worked on. They soon realised they shared the same creative vision of what Krooked Tease could grow into. Brew has gone on to create a number of short films and really opened up the idea of ‘Krooked Tease Productions’, creating films and comedy sketches, of course with a Krooked sense of humour!

Krooked Tease now is a forever growing production company, producing animations, film, and design projects. We have created a number of short films and comedy sketches that have been selected in various film festivals around the world.
